		<description><![CDATA[Chi va negli Stati Uniti non può non aver mangiato almeno una volta la Caesar's Salad. E' nei menù come Starter o come Main Course se arricchita da altri ingredienti come gamberi saltati in padella, oppure pollo alla griglia. Io la amo in tutti in modo e l'ho assaggiata in svariate combinazioni come solo gli Americani possono fare. Dedico questo piatto ai Juventini che mentre scrivo stanno festeggiando con mio marito lo scudetto 2011-12 in uno stadio bellissimo coronato dalla presenza di Alessandro Del Piero. Forza Juve!

Questa ricetta è molto invitante, il cous cous condito con frutta secca e frutta disidratata diventa il ripieno del pollo...ho usato un pollo biologico comprato al mercato Slow Food che fanno il sabato mattina a Bologna, era un pò magrino ma nonostante ciò per niente secco, tenero e buono.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Per festeggiare le mie 50.000 visite nel blog, ebbene si 50.000 è incredibile ma vero ho fatto la torta tenerina. E' una torta tipica della città di Ferrara a base di cioccolato fondente con pochissima farina e senza lievito, una delizia per gli amanti del cioccolato. La sua bontà dipende dalla cottura, appena si formerà la crosticina in superfice la torta è pronta. Adesso gonfio i palloncini, preparo i fischietti e il Party al mio blog sta per iniziare... grazie a tutti voi che mi fate sempre felice...
