Honey Teriyaki Salmon

Dosi per: 2-3
  • 1 lb salmon, cut into two pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Honey Teriyaki Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese cooking sake
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • White sesame, for ganishing
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the Honey Teriyaki Glaze together.
  2. Whisk to blend well.
  3. Combine the salmon and the Glaze together.
  4. Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat.
  5. Add the oil, Pan-fry the salmon on both sides until it’s completely cooked inside and the glaze thickens.
  6. Garnish with sesame and serve immediately.
Cook’s Note:

You can also bake the salmon for 12 minutes at 400 F. Omit the oil if using oven.
